Congratulations on your little one! If you received a gift from a family member, you should've received a gift card with a code to redeem. You’ll want to start by creating an account or signing in if you already have account on this page that you're on now. From there, you will be asked to enter your code (on the gift card you received). You will then enter your little one's birthday, and the next Play Box will be recommended for you. We’re glad you asked! We offer a recurring subscription for your little one’s first two years. The Play Boxes are recommended for your little one based on how old they are. In Year 1, the Play Boxes are shipped bi-monthly (every two months) and in year 2 the Play Boxes are shipped quarterly (ever three months). There are 10 total Play Boxes!

We will ship out your Play Box based on your babies birthday. You should've already received the first box which is meant for 0 - 12 week olds. Based on your child's birthday we will ship the next play box 14 days before that play box is meant for. For instance, Play Box #2 is for 3-4 month olds. Meaning this Play Box is meant for babies ~90 days old. We will ship this box out ~76 days after your little ones birthday (2 weeks before box 2 is supposed to start).
