Tip 01: Make a physical list of foods your kids like to eat for lunch and stick it on the fridge so you can avoid reinventing the wheel every day.
Tip 02: Freezer friendly meals can be a great way to stay on budget and make meal time a breeze. There are great better-for-you options available that are quick and healthy!
Tip 03: For your picky eaters, have them engage with new food options and utensils. From dipping to sprinkling to smelling, let them get familiar with the newness and don't be afraid to let them use tongs or chopsticks instead of a fork or spoon!
