Shipping & Return Policy


We are proud to ship to the U.S. and Canada!

We do our best to get orders to you as soon as possible and orders placed in the Continental US with a subtotal over $100 have free shipping (excluding EllaOla products), with standard shipping of 3-7 business days.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur a fee between $12.50 and $60, depending on the items ordered. *Play Box subscriptions will ship for $12.50 per Play Box to customers in Alaska/Hawaii/PR.

For shipping to Canada, we offer shipping for a fee. We ship to all provinces and shipping rates, duties, and taxes will be reflected in checkout. From time of order, processing time is 1-2 business days. From there, Canadian customers can expect an average transit time of 5-10 business days from time of shipment, with customs clearance included. Of course, sometimes shipments take a little longer to clear customs — this is out of Lalo’s control. *Play Box subscriptions will ship for $20 per Play Box to customers in Canada. 


We want you to be able to test out Lalo products in your home, on the go, and at mealtimes with your little one. To make sure you’ve found the right fit for your family, we will accept returns on furniture items for a full refund within 100 days of delivery and 30 day on all non-furniture items, toys and accessories, dependent on a few conditions:

  • Your return request (including your full name, email, and Order Number) must be emailed to our team at within the return window (30 or 100 days) from the date your product was delivered.
  • Return shipping cost will be covered by Lalo for returns made from within the continental US.
  • Please hang on to the box if you are still making your final decision as all returns must be made in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.
  • All product tags and labels must remain attached.
  • All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
  • Your trial period begins the day you receive your original order. If you make an exchange within that period, the trial period will not be extended.

Return Timeline by Item:

  • The Chair, The Play Kit, The Play Gym, The Booster, The Play Kitchen fall under our 100 day return policy and can be returned in gently used condition.
  • Play Boxes, Bath Collection, Tableware, Giant Coloring Sheets, Chair Accessories, Art Cards, Toys, and Board Books fall under our 30 day return policy and can only be returned if they are unopened and unused within 30 days of receiving your items.
  • The following products sold by Lalo are made by other brands and subject to their return policies:
    • The Dough Project: Final Sale, no returns accepted.
    • Canopy Humidifiers: Final Sale, no returns accepted.
    • Plan Toys: Final Sale, no returns accepted.
    • EllaOla: Final Sale, no returns accepted.
    • All Circles: Final Sale, no returns accepted.

We will process your refund to the original payment method once we receive your return and our team has confirmed it meets the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if a returned product fails to meet these criteria.

If you have already received a tracking number, your order has shipped and it is too late to cancel. You may still return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.


We don’t want you to ever miss out! If you are based in the continental U.S. or Canada, we honor promotional pricing on any order placed within seven (7) days before the start of a promotion and/or if your order has not shipped.

Here’s How It Works:

If you purchase a product directly from us and that product is both in-stock and available at a lower price on our website during a sale event within 7 days of your original purchase date, we will happily refund the difference in price to your original payment method. Reach out to our team with your order number at 


We cannot accept returns on products purchased from other vendors; please work with the store you purchased your Lalo item(s) from in accordance with their return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased from Babylist, Amazon, Maisonette, and Monica & Andy.
